Ablaze is. . . not about money. Honestly ;)
Merely intending to do good, without actually doing it, is of no value.
deceptive! It sounds good, till you dig deeper into it. And when you actually think about what Lutherans believe, teach and confess.
Ablaze! is deceptive. Saying that it is not a program and yet calling it an initiative (which in all reality is a synonym) speaks volumes.
I particularly find the last one revealing. Ablaze! is indeed what we are doing . . . not what Christ has done.
