    The SDG comes courtesy of a scan of the notation that Johann Sebastian Bach often used on his musical compositions. I reversed the black and white just to make it look a little better against the grey background. Help yourself RahRah!

    Hi Jim. I held off on my answer because I was waiting to find out my schedule for January. As it turns out, they sceduled my annual recurrent training at the same time as the LCA meeting, so I won't be there. Wish I was going - maybe next year! Thanks for asking.
